These former cattle buildings surrounded by beautiful countryside and working farms have been developed into twelve stunning holiday cottages. Matthew Monk purchased these barns in 2005. His meticulous attention to detail is evident in the conversion of the barns. Using a combination of reclaimed and new materials proving excellent use throughout this unique development.

Set in the centre of Broadland, with a wealth of local attractions, you'll find your stay, tranquil or exhilarating, which ever suits. Children will find fun in Gt. Yarmouth, a 'typical' sea-side town. They will find out fascinating facts in Norwich, the local city, learn about nature and The Broads. With excellent shopping in Norwich you'll have your 'fill' with the likes of House of Fraser, Marks and Spencer, The Gap, Fat Face to name a few. Visit Norwich Lanes to see up to 230 independent shops, designer gear, natural remedies and eateries to name a few!
